Currently, we offer capstan diameters of 250 mm, 300 mm, 400 mm, 450 mm, 500 mm, 550 mm, 610 mm, 660 mm, 760 mm, 900 mm, 1000 mm, and 1200 mm, accommodating inlet wire diameters ranging from 1.2 mm to 18 mm. The maximum line speed can reach up to 28 m/s, depending on the machine and wire size.

These machines deliver exceptional drawing performance for low, medium, and high carbon steel wires, stainless steel wires, special alloy steel wires, and non-ferrous alloy wires. Our SLMs are equipped with a sensor roller positioned between the drum and the subsequent die. As the wire makes contact with this roller, the sensors detect the arm's position and maintain tension on the wire by adjusting the drum speed. The drums are inclined along the vertical axis to optimize filling. This machine is primarily designed for the high production of premium-quality wires.
