Wet Wire Drawing Machine
Overview
ASSOMAC provides advanced high-speed slip-type wet wire drawing machines designed for both ferrous and non-ferrous wires and their alloys. Custom-built options are available to meet customer specifications for producing intermediate and fine wires. The equipment features multiple spindles (ranging from 3 to 7) and multiple dies (from 7 to 23), and includes step cone type wet drawing machines that can utilize soap-based or oil-based lubricants. These machines come with options for a Finishing Drum, Finishing Ring, or Spooler—either alone or in combination—offering various capstan diameters and spool sizes as needed.
