This line features a payoff equipped with an entanglement sensing system, a pre-dry wire drawing block with 9 or 11 dies, and a 3 or 5 spindle wet drawing machine. It also includes an FRP/PP copper coating tank with a rotating skin pass finishing die, a triple deck BB block with a killing arrangement, and a spooler designed for plastic or bulk spools. Additionally, the complete plant comprises a pointing-cum-threading machine, a butt-welding machine, a control panel, and a control desk.

- Wire accumulation at the BB block allows for uninterrupted operation when the spooler is stopped.
- Pneumatic clamping of spools enhances efficiency at the spooler.
- Traverse system includes variable pitch adjustment using an AC variable drive or variable U hinge traverse.
- The entire plant can be operated by a single person from a centralized control station.
- An optional coating tank with ceramic pulleys and a fume-enclosing top cover is available.
- A high-speed tandem-type machine model is also available as an option, specifically designed for 1.00 mm and 1.20 mm wires with all rotating dies.
