This line features a double skin type tilting payoff that operates hydraulically and is equipped with entanglement sensors for uninterrupted high-speed wire rod payoff. It includes an inline descaler positioned horizontally and vertically, along with a motorized brushing setup and a motorized wire pre-lubricating unit. Additionally, the line boasts a Double Deck Drawing-cum-Ribbing Machine, available with or without a two-speed gearbox, where the lower deck is dedicated to sizing and the upper deck to ribbing.

The setup incorporates an imported ribbing cassette offering various ribbing patterns, along with a cheese-type spooler that features a hydraulically operated traverse system, as well as spool clamping, lifting, and shifting functionalities for quick and efficient loading and unloading of spools. Other components include collapsible spools, a butt-welding machine, a variable speed AC vector frequency drive control panel, and an operator control station, all part of the complete plant.
